1. Just tell us about yourself.
I started my career as a session musician about 12 years ago, playing bass guitar for various artists and TV shows such as X Factor and The Voice. I slowly made my way into film composing & music production around 8+ years ago and have straddled both the indie film and commercial worlds.

2. How was to work with Stephen T Lally.
I met Stephen several years ago on Shooting People (online film forum). I loved what he was doing so I dropped him a message and we’ve worked on several projects so far including ‘Tethered’ and a fantasy comedy called ‘Empress Clawscream’.

3. On what project are you working right now, if you cant talk about them.
Since October I have been very much involved in the Christmas season being a musician and musical director for several Christmas concerts. Early 2025 will see me back in the studio working on an album of cinematic pop songs. This album began following a song I wrote with a friend which was used for a recent BBC drama. I realised I needed to write more so that is my on-going side project, it has turned into a collab with various artists with a variety of voices and styles but all focused through a cinematic/film score lense.

5. How did you find out that you have won the award for Best Score/Music.
I knew Tethered was going to be shown at the DISFMF but I didn’t know I ‘d won until Stephen dropped me a message, and I was very pleased! The paintings are such a unique way of celebrating art, love how individual they are.
